Dogs don’t lie flat. They lean.
Watch where your dog actually sleeps and you will notice they are almost never flat out on the floor. They are propped against the sofa leg, chin hooked over a cushion, back pressed into something. The Lounge is built around that: a proper raised backrest and two armrests, so there is always somewhere to rest a head and something solid to lean into.
It is upholstered in thick corduroy fleece — the wide-rib cord you have been seeing on armchairs and headboards, in a soft ivory that reads as furniture rather than pet supply. The cushioning is deep enough to sink into and dense enough to stay put. And because it is small, it works where a full-size dog bed doesn’t: beside your bed, in a home office, at the end of a sofa, in the corner of a flat.

The raised backrest and armrests give your pet three sides to lean against and a natural place to rest their chin. It is the difference between somewhere to lie down and somewhere to settle.
Corduroy, not fleece-that-looks-like-fleece
Wide-rib corduroy fleece, soft to the touch and warm in a way flat fabrics are not. It is the texture people are putting on their own furniture, in a colour that disappears into a room instead of fighting it.
Thick, dense cushioning
Deep plush filling throughout the seat, back and arms. Soft on contact, but with enough density behind it that the shape holds rather than collapsing into a flat pad.
The cover comes off
A removable, washable cover, because anything a pet sleeps on every night needs washing and most pet sofas make that impossible. Unzip it, wash it, put it back.
