Shipping Policy:

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7-14 days of placement, subject to product availability.
Shipping Cost: Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via a reputable courier service.
Tracking Information: A tracking number is provided once your order has shipped, and you can track your delivery through the courier's website.
Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pawcify.co.uk. We'll do our best to accommodate the change, but we can't guarantee it once the order has shipped.

Return Policy:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Criteria: Items don't need to be unused or in their original packaging — we expect you to let your pet try them.
Return Process: Email hello@pawcify.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within one working day.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return reaching us, to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in those cases we cover it and refund your original delivery cost in full.
Sale Items: Discounted items can be returned on exactly the same terms as full-price ones.

Your legal rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and a further 14 days to return it to us.
