Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

If your pet doesn't take to it, that's reason enough. You don't need to explain, and it doesn't need to be unused or in the original packaging — we expect you to let them try it.

How to return
Email hello@pawcify.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within one working day.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in those cases we cover it and refund your original delivery cost in full.

Your refund
Once your return reaches us we'll refund you within 5 working days, to your original payment method. You'll get an email when it's processed.

Sale items
Discounted items can be returned on exactly the same terms as full-price ones.

Damaged or faulty
Email us a photo at hello@pawcify.co.uk and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including delivery both ways.

Gifts
If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, we'll issue a gift credit for the value of the return once it reaches us.

Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and a further 14 days to return it to us.
